Refresh rate fix for Nvidia

Hey guys,

I know this is prolly a simple question but i'm still pretty new and just wanna check for sure. I have a Nvidea....64 meg geforce 2 mx 400 with tv/out or something like that and just gotten the 28.32 detonator and wondering if i should get this refresh rate thing but don't know which one i need, what's it called and where is it? Are there any other extra little things i need to get to add to them? running xp pro btw. Does the refresh thing only help games? i assume it makes your computer better right?

is the 2ish meg refresh rate fix in teh DL section official? When i install the 28.32 detonator...do i have to uninstall the previous one?

Refresh Lock...

It'll work on ALL video cards not just NVidia.

And no matter what nVidia does, Refresh Lock will work as it doesn't depend on the drivers.
