Reformat Help

I am thinking of reformating, where do I find my Norton anti-virus updates, and windows updates, so that I dont have to download them again.
And how do I put them back after.

For windows updates, go to the update site, to the left is a sub-menu 'See Also,' go into the 'windows update catalog' to get all the updates.

You should be able to get the latest NAV definition file from symantic somewheres, probably just as easy to run liveupdate after you install it though.

So I will HAVE to download them again ?. I was hoping that I could copy them to my 2nd hard drive than put them back some how.
