Reformar ?

I have 2 HDD's with one partitioned for Winxp. The other HDD is not partitioned. There is data on all the drives. WinXP is working fine. Can I reformat the other partitions using the WinXP CD? There is data on these drives that it will not let me erase and therefore will not let me format under the drive properties. Any help would be appreciated.

if it is not ntfs just boot using a win9x boot floppy and format the drives from dos...but remember if you have progs on those drives the icon will no longer work for it.

Reformat

All the drives are NTFS. In that case will I be able to use the WinXP CD to only reformat certain partitions.

shouldn't be a prob...you can always use partition magic7.0 also and can convert back to fat32 if you like...and yse you can revert in 7.0
