recycle bin logo missing

I have a dumb question, that is probably simple to answer.
How can I find my recycle bin logo?


I tried to find it going into properties but I can't find it>>>

Thanks MadMatt. thats it. I ran into stupid and with this one. I've been there a dozen times but forgot about the Customize Desktop option..
