I need to create a video of me showing someone how to do something on the computer. What is the best video capture program for desktop videos? I tried uTIPu and it didn't work very well.

If your making a tutorial or presentation you should go check out Wink.

I use it all the time when trying to explain how to use a program or something else.

Didn't know there was a free solution out there, thanks for the links.

I haven't tried wink...if it's better I'm always up for something.

Total Screen Recorder has done it for years for me, no frills simple, easy to use.
It never lags my computer for me.
Also, it is compatible with Windows XP and Vista.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
