Recommended Program for changing CPU priority etc

Hi, all I have my new system now with a Quad Core QX6700 I was looking into assigning the Priority and Affinity and being able to save it, I have some encoding programs that default to a single core also it would be nice to change it for games as well, does anyone else do this, if so what do you use?

I tried that but it doesnt seem to remember what I choose, I was wondering if you are able to save those changes

no. Windows generally knows best about affinitity and priority of applications

WinlauncherXP works perfeclty ... you make a list and launch the applications from that ...
