Recent Documents

How do I disable the Recent Documents list? In other words, how do I prevent XP from adding stuff to the Recent Documents list?
I'm using WinXP Pro.

I'm sure there's something in the tweaks section of this site, do a search, I remember seeing it there.

right click on start button, select properties> customize start menu > advanced. You should see an option there. un tick it.
