reboot if games minimized

I have had an annoying problem. If I am playing a game, any game (Madden 2K and 2K1, Midtown Madness 1 and 2, Max Payne, etc...) if I minimize the game for any reason, when I go to bring it back...reboot. I have tried several different drivers. Any ideas?? Gotta start somewhere.

For Max Payne, if u hit esc to go to main menu of the game, then hit alt+tab or wutever to go to windows, everything works fine(even on a P2, hehe)

P.S.: I feel sorry for u...BX mobo too. ugh, I didnt know it at the time(I was 10 when I bought my P2) but it dont support a single mem stick over 128 megs maxing me at 384 megs of ram, like u.
