I just got this from another site, and just think it's too good to keep to myself
In notepad, copy this SHUTDOWN -r -t 01, save it as reboot.bat in the windows directory.
Now create a new scheduled task in task scheduler named reboot and point it to c:\windows\reboot.bat and set it for whatever time you'd like.
should make your morning a little more pleasant
When you setting up the scheduled task, make sure you designate a user account that has permisson to shutdown the computer.
