Reassign Drive letters in XP?

Ok, I used to know how to do this, at least in win98,

but how can i reassign a drive to another letter.

for example:

if i want my smartmedia card drive to be S:

how can i do this in windows XP?

administrator tools --> Computer management --> disk management right click on drive and change drive letter
