Really stupid fan question

I realized i may not be getting proper air flow and i have no idea which way to mount the fans, i cant tell which way they are spinning. there is one side that is blue, and one side that is black (antec fans) any help?

There will be two arrows at 90 degrees to each other on one side of the fan.
these arrows indicate which way air is blown out, and which way the fan rotates
