i know this is a really dumb Q but wots the best screen size for a 17" moniter coz at the mo im usin 800x600 is it sposed to be 1024x768 ? and wot size should i have it when i get my 19" moniter ?

I use 1152x864 on my 19" and 1024x768 on my 17"

and u dont find the start menu or the icons tiny or ya apps tinny ? so wot size do the icons be changed 2 ?

You can re-size your icons if you feel they are too small !!!
