Real One plugin

I try to play a window media video file (*.wmv) with Real One Player using SMIL language. However, i can't get to play it as it kept giving me a message to download the plugin.

Where can i get the (*.exe)plugin file?

Dunno, but you may want to try out Media Player Classic. It's like WMP 6.4, just updated with a bunch of new features and it's not from Microsoft. Plus it has support for Real Media files!
