if you can get all the info from the bluescreen of death or from a windows and the hex (leters and numbers) codes you can go to microsoft's knowlage base and look it up, if you think it is your video upgrade the drivers to the most currrent ones and if you want to try the 40.72 betas at there site go for it

no blue screen and microsoft no help
i start Grand Theft Auto 3 and everythings fine untill i go to play game in the middle of the load it beeps and a little window comes up with this error i have to ctrl esc to see the little window??????
