re: Soundblaster update

I just downloaded the soundblaster update from the front page.

D/l ok and started to install, but the installer had a whole lotta ?????????? displayed in the dialog boxes during installation.

I re-d/l and got the same thing. Appearently it is the correct program but something is strange about it because all the dialogs are screwed up during installation.

Just thought I would pass it on.
Hopefully it was just me, and no one else had this problem

dont worry about it m8 i had the same problem but i remembered what the dialog say in English they work fine so just install them

yea, i down loaded new drivers also, was in foreign langauge, works fine, but is kinda annoying to not be able to read instructions, and if you test speakers, it is in japanese or something, i uninstalled and went back to what i had, i was very disappointed and was surprised there wasnt a warning stating this was english speaking version

i didnt realise that the sound test was in Jap and it swaps the front and rear speakers around, unless i have the connectors on my dtt3500 sound system
