Random Mini Dumps using XP (SP2)

OK, here's the whole ugly story. I bought a refurbished HP Pavilion 762n (P4 2.26 gig). As soon as I started it, I got many ramdom BSODs. It had a partitioned HD with recovery options. I tried that but couldn't even get through it without BSODs. So I reformatted the HD, got rid of the recovery partition (FAT 32 file system) and set an active partition. I reinstalled a fresh copy of XP using the NTFS filing system. Since many of the stop codes pointed to memory and/or driver problems I stuck 2 new PC3200 DDR 512m memory sticks in it (although it originally had PC2100) and ran a memory test (came out OK). I obviously had to get some drivers and I went to great lengths to make sure I had the right and most recent ones. I also put a Nvidia FX5500 256m Video adapter in it (got the right drivers, I'm sure). I have onboard audio (Realtek AC97) and I got the newest drivers for that as well. The machine runs great now, EXCEPT that I still get random mini dumps (I have it set on auto restart now and just check the Event Log so I don't have to keep staring at blue screens). It doesn't matter what the application, these errors are completely random. I can go days or minutes between them. I usually get the same ones in random orders (a total of 7 that I'll list below, although it is usually the same 5). In the Event Log I occasionally get disk paging errors as well. I have run a disk check many times and they come out OK (although I still wonder about this since it was originally partitioned using both Fat32 and NTFS). I have the virtual memory set to "system managed" as recommended by Microsoft when you get these type of paging errors. I am now inclined to believe that the disk may be bad, or I have some sort of power supply problem. I am a total layman when comes to computers so I am just grasping a straws at this point. I guess that's it. PLEASE HELP. I am sooo frustrated. Here's that list of events:

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
