Ramdisks in XP

Is it possible to create a 100MB ramdisk and set it as a temp file location for both the standard windows temp files AND the internet cache? I've got 512mb RAMBUS memory and if the theory is correct, it should increase overall performance twofold.

Yeah, it's possible. I think you're limiting how big of a file you'll be able to download though. I have my Temporary internet files on a ramdisk but that's all. There's some reading at SuperSpeed about different uses for a Ramdisk. Here:
