hello bluzeboy

ram boosters in xp will slow down your computer.

xp handles and releases ram better then any program.

these programs take ram that is being used, write the information to either your pagefile, or they create their own pagefile...exactly what you d o not want to happen with your amount of ram

they then take the ram out fo use from your system, so there can be a bigger number on the available ram.

in fact, the available ram perfect, when you let xp optimize the ram for itself

all of these ram programs are counter productive in xp.

so, to answer your question, here's the directions on the proper use of ram optimizers in xp;

open my computer, controll panel, add and remove programs.

find the ram booster in the programs list.

double click

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
