How do I go about downloading a realplayer file? I used steambox vcr to do this before but I forgot the steps that I need to get the correct link for the video's I want to download.

Right click + save as if allowed.

Save the .ram file to your desktop (or any other folder)
Open it with a text editor, wordpad or notepad will do
There will be a link inside for the location or a .rm file, thats what you need to save
