got a question for you guess i went online to buy some ram and i came across a few things i never really though of when it comes to ram

1. Unregistered/Registered?
2. Unbuffed/Buffed?
3. Gold LEADS?
4. High Density?
5. And the numbers that are 32x4, they range from diffrent RAM.

what are these things suppose to mean i don't want to buy the wrong RAM for my system i just want normal pc133 ram does any of this really effect anything? thx

:D

advice:
go to www.crucial.com
then pick your motherboard and it will show you the types of ram that are compatible with it. Very good ram, afforable and complient

thx for the reply Bootsy, but do you know what Unbuffered Non-parity means? or the other terms i posted? i would like to know the terms for future know-how.:)

edit: actually i got the answers to 1 and 2 but not sure about the others.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
