Hey Guys,
I am thinking of adding more ram to my pc to make it 3 gigs.
Here, I have found ram that i don't think is the correct ram for my computer.

I thought i had ddr sdram but i dont think my computer has that the two splits only one. Is the picture wrong?
Here is one at bestbuy that is almost identical in the model # but has no R at the end:

I'm so confused, thanks alot,
Jack

Both types are 184-Pin PC3200 RAM - what type of motherboard do you have?

Really?
Even though it has the second split, it shouldnt matter?
I suppose that makes sense, i guess it only matters it your mobo dont have that 2nd split and you buy mem with it.

The first pic is actually SDRAM not DDR. Sometimes places don't use the exact pic of a product. Since most RAM looks the same they reuse pics. They just used the wrong pic here.

What does that mean?
That means that the ram is the right ram with the wrong pic right?
Does that mean that the two rams are the same?
I hope so otherwise i dont think bestbuy will pricematch :(

Yeah, more than likely a stock photo.

If you end up going to the store, just be sure to get PC3200, 184-pin DDR Memory, and you will be fine.

Do you think that bestbuy will let me pricematch?
I mean, there is that pesky R at the end :(

Different models are different models, they probably won't price match it.

So what did you end up paying? $59 or $32.

Cause if you got it for $32, I'm on my way to BB for a pair.

32 :)

But you have to make a case for a pricematch, if you have the circuit city circular then you can get it :)
Or if you want to just go to Circuit city er...
Whatever but at bestbuy it was 80 dollar ram for 30 bucks :)_

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
