Ram utilities are virtually useless - in fact, counterproductive - in XP. The OS does a better job of managing memory on its own than any available 3rd party utilities.
Cacheman 5.5 is good, it will allow you to increase the icon cache, read-ahead cache for the harddrive, and also has a hot key or tray icon that instantly frees up memory by clearing unused dlls left in memory.
Its downloadable from utilities on xp-erience mainpage.
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
