Is there anyone else having an issue in getting quicktime to work with firefox2 ?

I have it installed and the plugins are there, but, every time I go to a site that has quicktime I get a pop up saying to install the plugin. It works perfect on IE, so I don't know what it can be. I do know that it is annoying ..

Hi,

I had the same problem with firefox. Do this:

Uninstall firefox, and redownload it. Then check for new updates.
Next time it tells you to install the extension do it. If it is quicktime first uninstall it from your PC, and then install it again.

Usually that fixes the problem.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
