Quicktime Fix

Greetings,

When W2K SP3 was released and I installed it on my work machine and noticed I no longer had to go through "special" procedures to view a quicktime movie. (The procedures being a fresh bootup everytime.)

I have been experiencing the same issues with quicktime on my home machine which is running XP Pro. Which made me wonder when the XP service pack comes out will it also address that issue on my XP box.

Not to jump the gun for the fix or anything, but I was wondering if anyone knew the link for this trouble ticket on the MS site. I'd like to atleast patch that part of my OS since it has become bothersome in the last few months. (What with the X^2 Trailer being released and so fourth.)

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

I know you're out there! I can hear you typing :D

Did I stump the all powerful and all knowing XP Erience group? :p

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
