Hey all,

Just wondering, Does any of the other freely available office suites compare with MSOffice?

Which one will work best with MS Office files?

Which one creates files that MS Office can work with?

I would like to try one suite (Star, Open, Easy, etc) but wonder which one will work best with my MSOffice installed on my laptop. Just want the files to look the same when opened in both suites.

Thanks,

Heeter

Open Office Premium I would say is your best bet, however I have never used Star or the other one you mentioned. I have been using OO for a few years and I would say its just as good as MS Office.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
