Question about memory

I have 2*256 mb 184-pin DIMM DDR PC2100.
Looking to upgrade, but I have seen some memory that says 266mhz. How do I know if this will work in my pc?

DDR has 2 naming conventions. Same thing.

266mhz = PC2100
333mhz = PC2700
400mhz = PC3200

I forget what they are calling the 433 mhz stuff. The mhz is the clock speed the PC number is the memory bandwith.
