Most of you have probably already seen this, but for those who haven't, Qliner makes an open-source program called Hotkeys which lets you configure shortcuts manually as well as drag and drop...

I'm sure others have, but I haven't either. I think it's cool because you can pull up the actual keyboard (shown above) and it tells you what is assigned to what key.

Very cool indeed :)
