PSU and System fan.

Hello everybody!! Just joined today!!!.
I have a question...
Which part of the computer uses the most juice of the PSU? Some say it is the Graphics Acc. ...

And how important is it to have a System Cooling Fan? I have no fan at all, except the one on the CPU, graphic and PSU.
At what point should I consider to install one, does it use alot of power?

they use little power, you should have at LEAST one intake and one exaust,.... how do you expect your pasive heat sinks on ur cards to work with no "pasive" air?
