PS2 emulator

as far as i know there aren't any, but i'd be interested in one as well.

I found one once that would play unlicensed games and demos that were created using the ps2 linux developement kit, but that isn't doing anybody any good.
 
I know of one, but so far it only plays self-made demos and not commercially released games.
And btw, current computers are too slow for it anyway. You need a computer with the processing power of at least 15-20x the processor of the PS2 (300 MHz) to run a game well. That means you would need a 4.5-6 GHz machine for it.
