Proxy Desktop

Whenever I shutdown I get an error message saying "Proxy Desktop" is non-responsuve and needs to be closed...What is "Proxy Desktop"? I can't find it anywhere in the task manager. I do configure my browsers to use proxies, but I always have and never got this message before in any other Windowns incarnation.Is "Proxy Desktop" related to my browser's proxy config....and in any event..why does it hang

Have you got Mozilla installed ?

I have NN 4.75 installed....I have always had NN installed..in W95,W98, W98SE and W2k....I NEVER had this problem before.
