Seeing as more and more users are getting bigger displays and we now have wide screen displays coming to the fore, how about an option to have user control over the front-page width?

It just seems so squished on my display :( I can't even imagine what it looks like on larger displays.

Perhaps we can have 2 or 3 choices for the width? :)

I used to have a 24", not anymore but from what I recall it looks rather silly. There is way too much unused spaces on both sides. Matty boy, wanna post a screenshot?

I also approve, as it doesn't effect me at all :)

I'll try and check it out as it isn't just a case of having everything set to 100% as I like to pretty much control what goes where when the width is great.

Well, we could go for an easy look webpage with just a single link called stuff on it.

Or we could go for hero worship and have a site with just EP's picture on it and nothing else, with the _real_ entrance hidden elsewhere :p

I think its high time EP learned standards based templating for vnews or something like joomla.

OSNN is still webdesign from 1640BC :D

Its a little more complicated than substituting a few variables.

I know it is. If you want the site to grow however, as the owner you need to put in more effort when you get the time spare, or pass the task off to someone who has the time. Or even hire a design company/freelancer to spruce things up for you.

Impressed you have kept this alive this long EP! So many sites have come and gone. :(

Just did some crude math and I apparently joined almost 18yrs ago, how is that possible???
