proper way to backup VistaMail

Hey all,

What would be the proper way to backup VistaMail with all it's settings/contacts and mail folders?

I am changing machines and would like to import those settings and as well Vista IE7 settings/favorites/passwords/cookies

I use Express Assist 9 which backs up all Vista mail folders,contacts, general settings ,IE7, Firefox , My Docs ,and any other nominated folders.
Has a long pedigree on email backup.. ...just load program and restore to second PC
