Programs for better dual core systems

I was told there is a program out there on the web that make dual processors work better with all programs, anyone know of this?

If you have an AMD cpu and are running Windows XP there is a driver that helps in some situations. There is not however anything that helps with "all programs". Since you posted this in the Vista section I'm assuming you are running Vista, and as far as I know there is no driver for vista for either AMD or Intel.

Right, the dual core optimizer was the one I was referring to, sorry I didn't mention a name.
