Program to lock icons in place on desktop?

Anyone know of a program that will lock the icons on my desktop in place.. so they cannot be moved.. My problem is that i have my desktop at a higher resoultion than what i use in Battlefield 1942, and when i exit BF it messes up my icon possions on the desktop. Thanks!
