Program still in Add/Remove Programs after uninstallation

Title says it all...The program is Knights of the Old Republic...how do I get rid of it?

I would recommend running ccleaner. There is a link to the site here. Try running it to see if it finds the problem in the registry. If not, it has an option to remove items from the add/remove list.
