Program error help

heya guys...

im have probs with a program...

when i run it in my PC it will show an error, but when i copy it and ran it to my frnds PC, it will work... my frnd has a similar program, when i made a copy from it and open it in my PC it doesnt run.... grrrrrrrrrrrrr....

is there somwthing missing in my windows files? where can i check to fix this...
