i have been watching a lot of dvds on my laptop recently usinig wmp9, and i was running out of disk space so i went though & removed programs i didnt need any more. one of them was interactual player, which i didnt use, but now when i try to play dvds using any player i get this error:

Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. Lowering your screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem

does anyone know what i need to do to fix this? i tried reinstalling interactual player, but it didnt help. thanks in advance

It's possible that removing the interactual player also removed whatever codec or plugin that wmp needed to play the DVD. You might start here for help.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
