Problems with Windows update

I don’t seem to be able to install updates when I go to the Windows update page ? The script detects my current config ok but when she goes to down load the relevant patches - the patch only pulls down about 2kbs & then times out ???
I have tried switching of my Firewall ( Zonealarm ) to no avail. Can anyone help ?

spitfire: if you read my thread i think we may be having the same problems, its nothing to do with your windows edition, its a fault on the .download.windowsupdate.com server...
