Problems with the Start menu

Somewhat eXPerienced
Hey all...check out the picture.

As you can see in the picture, in the programs menu, you have a couple of folders, then the arrow which you click to expand the whole menu. Before mine never used to do that, now for some reason it is. How do I make it so it will never do that, that when I highlight programs, it will show me EVERYTHING in that folder, without having to click an arrow?
Right click on a blank area of the taskbar> properties> 'start menu' tab> 'customize' button> untick 'use personalized menus.' ;)

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
