Problems With Easy CD Creator 5

Ever since I have installed WinXP, I have been not able to use Easy CD Creator 5. I did what everyone said by downloading and installing the recommended updates. However, by the time I reboot, I get an error message that says, "No qualified Roxio product could be found."

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem besides switching to NERO???

Peace,

uninstalle it the nreinstall it, see if that don't fix it,

uninstall EZCD 5.
Reboot.
Install EZCD in custom mode and X out Take Two.
When it says Direct CD does not support dirve click yes anyway.
When it installs and asks you to reboot... DONT.
Close set up window and install the 5.1 update.
When that's done - restart your machine.

It should work now.

By the way, good idea to install the Roxio drive update as well afterwards - and also the 5.3 update (only after you have installed 5.1 update.

Good luck!

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
