Problems loading Medal of Honour

To anyone

I've just got this XP Pro up and running and it seems to be fine until I load the demo of Medal of Honour. During the install it cuts out and I get an error message of "error number 0x80040303"
The program then de installs.
Any clues

I have a AMD 1600, Epox board, winfast A170 VGA, and 256 DD ram

odd. havent heard of this problem yet. after it -deinstalled, did you reinstall with the same results?
