problem with outlook express connection

I have windows XP and with freeserve internet. Every thing OK regarding the connections and sending and receiving mail through hotmails and others. But Every time i go to outlook express to check my mail, as soon as I receive a one mail my connection get disconnected. I am worried if there are some more incomming mail which i am loosing. Please help. Cheers. Xaz

There is a setting inside Outlook Express to hang up as soon as a mail has been sent or received. It's in the Connections tab in the settings.
