problem with internet

i am at my computer at my summer home ,an interesting thing is happening, every time i attempt to bring up a web site ,i get the page cannot be displayed message,but upon refresh it loads normally

I've encountered this on a few occations. I don't know what causes it but it could be something to do with DNS or DNS caching.
