I'm using a Windows XP machine on a simple network (a crossover cable to another PC) but there's a second network connection on my machine that I set up and never used. I'm having problems deleting this connection.

When I try to delete it from the Network Connections window I get the error message "The connection you selected cannot be deleted".

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this connection?

Btw, I've disabled the device that connection uses.

In most cases you can disable that connection .. even device .. not deleting .. seems impossible .. or get rid of that network adapter ..

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
