Well my computer started to take a very long time to open a program after update KB828028 (I think). Clicking on a desktop icon, or 'open' when right clicking.
I uninstalled the update and used System Restore to get to previous day. Still way slow.
Virus checked (on-line also), ran Ad-aware and Spybot... still no go.
Any thoughts?
