Prob With CD/RW

Everytime i try to burn something, after about 1 - 2 min of burning , the screen goes black or blue and then tells me that there is a prob and that it is dumping physical memory, someone plz help me, i have XP pro 😡

We need to know the error code that should start with something like stop 0x such and such. let us know that the exact message is and maybe we can help!

You may have two or more cd burning programs installed. You might wanna check and if you do, uninstall the other one. Sometimes, you could get conflicts. If this is not the case, then you will need to give the type of error you got.
