A little while back there was a tweak to increase prioritys on IRQ can anyone point me to where it was ....

To explain a little more i have had a few BSD latly and they seem to point to an IRQ error ..something about it being not equal to something any how to cut a long story shert i think the tweak is to blame and i want to find the regisrty entry so i can delete it ...thanks

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl

DWORD IRQ[add number here]Priority
1 to enable it; 0 to disable it.

The BSOD..

that you are probably getting is

IRQL_IS_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL....

It is not IRQ but IRQL which is a different puppy..

I get this damn thing all the time (for some reason especially when I run eDonkey + XP Pro)

I have looked repeatedly for a solution but MS only tells you that it is a driver problem....lotsaLuck.

I have heard from other abit KR7a-R users that they get this frequently also.
I gave up on it a long time ago. Now I just live with it.

Yes, there are a few "tweaks" there we need to remove. Bottom line, it doesn't do anything.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
