Hi all !
I am a newbie from Budapest/Hungary, joined to the community today, and face the following problem:
When trying to print out incoming/outgoing e-mail messages from Outlook Express 6 folder (within XP home edition with SP2) the following error window pops up immediately:
Internet Explorer command file error
line: 1345
character: 1
Error: unknown error
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg
do you wish to continue running command files on the page ?
answering possibilities: to click on yes or no button
it is obvious a file or a necessary registry enty is corrupt or missing, however I am suspicious one of my drive cleaners I use regularily (temp, cookies, cache etc. garbage files) or registry cleaner programs may have caused this corruption or missing file in IE or OE. Would be thankful if somebody has any idea or solution to get out of this trouble.
