Printer problems

MY PRINTER PULLS THE PAPER TO THE SIDE & DOWN, CHEWING THE PAPER. IT'S A LEXMARK Z23.

Do you think it's the printer??

I printed the test page and held 1 end up so it would go through straight.

The paper went through, listing all the drivers that were installed. I think 1

wheel inside the printer is not turning. Should I take it apart to try to fix it??

My CD-ROM isn't working either, so I can't use the restore CD, not that I

think that will fix it. Thank you.

I myself would check about warrenty as taking it apart would for sure invalidate that and unless you know what your doing taking it apart probably isn't going to help much

It is over 2 years old. It is out of warantee. Thank you for replying.

hmm... well then maybe try fixing it ... if that doesn't turn out good you could always break it more and take pix for the breaking hardware thread
