Print Actual size shapes???

Hey guys...I'mm looking for a software package that will allow me to create and print solid or "hollow" shapes (namely circles) actual size within .1mm Thoughts???

Any graphics program I would of thought that can draw vector, although if you need acurate sizes you may need to look at a CAD package similar to AutoCAD etc.
